We've gone and done it again! Wine & Whey presents to you one of the best ideas yet!

Beginner Winemaking (fan favorite) meets making Brie Cheese! In this combo class you will be treated to the instruction from Katrina and Pamela from Wine & Whey. During this class we will taste wines we've made here at the shop and learn both the process of winemaking and making brie cheese!

This class is perfect for anyone who has interest in wine and cheese and wants to do more than simply indulge. Taste wines, make cheese, make wine, finish up the cheese!

At the end of this class we will schedule the next gathering, roughly 35+ days out to come back to bottle the wine and take 2 home with you. You'll also have the option of taking the cheese home after the class to care for it or leaving it at the shop for W&W to watch over. Regardless, this class is the bee's knees!
