Event Overview

Wine & Whey is offering a new class just for a special Valentine's Day date night. We will be making burrata and bottling a very nice blush wine. When you sign up for this class, you will recieve an email with label instructions to have your very own label on the two bottles of wine that each person will take home.

Love Mozzarella? You will think Burrata is heaven! 

Learn to make your own in this two hour class. We will use all homemade butter and ricotta and make our own mozzarella to stuff. 

Everyone takes cheese home and there will be plenty to sample during this hands-on class as well.

Did you know that burrata means BUTTER!?! You will learn to make butter, ricotta and mozzarella, all in one glorious class.

Pamela will walk you through all the steps to make your own cheese, that you get to take home at the end of the class.
