Unleash your inner do-it-yourselfer and learn how to make Brie, a cow’s milk cheese with a bloomy rind. At the end of this hands-on course, you will leave with recipe of this decadent cheese! You will also be selecting a wine from our wide range of inventory to make on site! Learn what goes into wine making and how it develops from juice into the tasty drink we all know and love. 45 days later, come back and bottle the wine you made. You do everything yourself, including the corking, foiling, and labeling! You can send in a label of your own design, or use one of ours!
