If you are like me, beer and cheese is something you have nearly every day. Let's take it to the next step and learn how to make your own brewed batch and fresh mozzarella cheese.
This class will be a small group course, with each person taking home the fruits of your labor: cheese and bottled beer! At arrival we'll select two beer kits and start brewing on site. While we wait for the boiling time, we'll make a batch of mozzarella cheese.

Katrina is a huge fan of all sorts of libations and is recently a big fan of sharing the craft with others. Making wine, beer and cheese is something she gets to do each day and she believes every person would gain a little by attempting to make the items most loved in their own homes.
The way she teaches is by promoting an open learning environment. Wine & Whey is a do-it-yourself shop the class will be taking over, with all the supplies needed to have a great time.
