This deluxe cheese class is loaded with information on making two delicious
cheeses! During the demonstration enjoy wine and Bruschetta while being guided
through the process of making creamy brie and moldy bleu cheese. Go home with
the recipes for both and your own small wheel of either brie or bleu for you to age and care for at home. Cheese will be ready to eat approximately 21 days later.
Pamela also offers classes to make Feta, queso fresco, mozzarella, monterey jack and farmhouse cheddar cheeses. So there are plenty of classes to feed your growing passion for making your own cheese.

Pamela was a chef and owner of her own catering company in Boston and Tucson AZ before learning to make cheese. That experience gives her an insight to flavor profiles and what cheese can taste like.
