Event Overview

- In this hands-on class, you and a small group of other students, will discuss the differences between Port and regular wines, choose a type of Port, and make it! Then, while you're waiting for your Port to be ready to bottle (approximately 40 days later), you'll design your own custom label! When you come back, you'll bottle and cork the whole batch. Plus, you get choose two bottles to foil, label, and take for yourself!
