Event Overview

French food is known as some of the most exquisite of all with heavy stews, buttery sauces and creamy cheese, but it doesn't have to be! Experience a French evening while keeping things on the lighter, vegetarian side.

We will create and enjoy a four course dinner:
Roasted Garlic and Walnut Pate with Crudites and Baguette
Warm Lentil Salad with Toasted Hazelnut and Shallot Vinaigrette
Veggie Coq a Vin and a Berry Gratin with Champagne Sabayon.

This is a vegetarian and Gluten Free (baguette is optional) class. Dessert includes eggs.

3.5 hours BYOB Gluten and Dairy Free
Happy Eats Healthy classes are based on whole, clean food with a focus on anti-inflammatory ingredients.
4-8 students per class allows for intimate setting and learning.
