Event Overview

It’s a daily struggle to remain present, and to accept yourself just as you are. I’ve discovered with practice, the more I accept myself where I am, the more light I have, and that helps me journey toward my true potential. Through experiential learning, I support you on your journey toward true potential.

Experience this 3-part workshop series, designed to support anyone ready to live more in the present moment. Each workshop focuses on ways to live with more joy, more balance and more love, incorporating simple yoga poses and guided meditation to support opening yourself to More.

Workshop 1: October 13, 7-8:30: Be in Joy Today helps us reflect on the day or the week, remembering what made us smile, laugh or feel happy, and when we felt unhappy. Yoga poses include chest openers, and guided meditation reminders us to live in the moment.

Workshop 2: October 20, 7-8:30: Be in Balance Today reminders us to check in daily with how our bodies are feeling. Yoga poses focus on how it feels to do poses alone and with support, while guided meditation helps us balance the entire body equally.

Workshop 3: October 27, 7-8:30: Be in Love Today focuses on doing what we love every day, in relation to our careers, our health, and our activities. Yoga poses open the heart center, and guided meditation helps us heal our heart.

Jennifer Gaspers is a licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor, practicing at Healing Foundations & Global Chiropractic + Rehab Center in Roscoe Village. Jennifer's approach to teaching others is experiential; she believes changes happen through shared learning. By sharing her story, and allowing others to share their stories, people can reach common ground where reflection and healing can happen. Jennifer says 10 years of bodywork experience and 15 years practicing yoga has been the driving force behind the daily journey to live a more present life.

    Jennifer was a wonderful teacher. She shared personal experiences and let us share our personal experiences as well.
