Event Overview

“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters, compared to what lies within us.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson

This hour and 15 min class is a combination of yoga, reflection and guided meditation designed to help you open to more love for self and others. Together we'll practice yoga poses that open and strengthen the chest and shoulder muscles, while reflecting on what is possible when we live with a more open heart. Then meditation teaches us to heal the heart center, and live with more compassion. Yoga mats, blocks and straps will be provided; you're welcome to bring your own mat. All fitness levels welcome; no experience necessary.
