She shares how she got to this point -- her Life of Yes! way of living -- to equip you with a way of thinking rooted in you getting as much as you can out of YOUR life.

I had heard Saya a few years ago and follow her on social media. I brought a few friends with me to the class, and I think we all really enjoyed it and each got something different out of it. I was thrilled I had the experience to get to know her better and do more in a workshop format! It was really beneficial.
