Event Overview

Note: This class is for couples only but look for classes for singles to be available in the future. Your registration includes your partner's registration. 

Different meditative traditions have specific breath techniques, postures, and awareness practices designed to increase the emotional intimacy between partners as well as contribute to each other's personal growth. In this class, you come together to explore and have the opportunity to practice several of the most tried and tested techniques.

Specifically, participants will learn the following practices together:

Level 1
1. Solar Plexus Tuning with Breath Work and Mindfulness
2. Trespasso with Lovingkindess
3. Forehead Connection with Gratitude
4. Body as Light with Expanded Awareness
5. Sacred Lover with Healing Touch
6. Closing Lovingkindness

This class is designed for all couples to feel welcome. Straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender people will be sharing the space together. Participants should be comfortable with all types of couples showing emotional and physical affection for one other.

What to Bring

A notebook and pen for taking notes.

Minimum age

All ages welcome

What's Provided

Meditation mats will be available for use during class.

    This was my first Dabble experience and it was a great way to start! The class was everything and more that I was hoping for – my boyfriend and I learned great tools and techniques we will use moving forward to relax and reconnect. Additionally, we loved the space where the class was taught – it was warm, welcoming, and included some inspirational pieces (like Buddhas, prayer flags, etc.) to help get and keep us in the right mindset for the afternoon.
