You'll even learn a few ways to make your life feel that way right now!
You'll walk out of class with a mapped out action plan targeted at your desired change, as well as strategies for staying on track (even when life throws you a curve ball).
Life Coaching 103 is part of the Mindful-U Life Coaching Series on Dabble. It's recommended, but not required, that you take 101 and 102 prior to 103.

She practices individual and group life coaching in Chicago as well as phone-based coaching internationally.
