Yoga Nidra, also known as Yoga Sleep, helps promote deep rest and relaxation, bringing your body toward a state of equilibrium.
Class begins with a slow flow yoga sequence to release any physical tension in the body. After a brief intention-setting meditation, Jennifer will guide you through a Yoga Nidra meditation. By using body scanning techniques and breath awareness, you'll learn to slowly relax the body, bringing the nervous system into rest and reset mode.
