Here in Colorado we have a variety of seasonal fruits perfect to make into wine. In this kitchen course we will learn what is needed from cutting the fruit to preparing the juice. Discuss flavors, techniques and experiment with making wine.
This course includes making fruit wine from fresh fruits to yeast-ready juice. We’ll make personal gallon batches to take home with you! The purpose of this course is to provide the knowledge to make your own wine at home, all summer long. Please note that the April course we may have to adapt to fruits that are available. Recipes of typical CO fruits will still be the focus for conversation.

About the Instructor Katrina is always seeking to try new recipes, challenge the old and learn more about the process in making wine and cheese. Her classes are most informative and guarantee a good time. She makes sure each person is engaged and everyone is actually perfecting a new skill. This teaching style is fun and informative!
