Ever feel like you could do, create and be so much more if only you could focus? Find the time? Stay inspired?

More and more creative entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, performers, writers and makers are finding that the practice of meditation is an invaluable tool for keeping your mind sharp, your energy clear, and your work flowing.

Think meditation is just about sitting still and being quiet? Think again!

This is a 4-week exploration into how to utilize the tools of meditation to build a repertoire of creative resources to help you find your groove and stay disciplined or shake things up so you can head in a totally new direction.

We'll explore myriad techniques that stimulate the senses, pitch to multiple learning styles and harness the wild horse of the mind. Our practices will include writing, collage, sound, movement, visualization and more as a bridge to the to the untapped creative potential of the brain.

Tuesdays 6:15-7:30pm
May 12-June 2, 2015

No previous meditation experience required. This session will give the experienced practitioner a fresh new approach and the total beginner a window into what's possible.

What to Bring

Comfortable clothing appropriate for yoga, journal or notebook, & pen
