Event Overview

Macarons are an epic, gorgeous treat – a delicate cookie that demonstrates your amazing baking skills.

In this virtual hands-on workshop, you’ll make, flavor, pipe, and fill bake a gorgeous batch of French macarons. Whether you've tried to make them before and had some challenges or never tried to make them but just love to eat them, this is the class for you!

We will discuss the ingredients that go into making amazing macarons, how to spice up your macarons by adding flavors, and the techniques that will ensure that your macarons always turn out beautifully.

Through the magic of Zoom, I'll demo a batch of macarons for you, then coach you through making a batch of your own, in your own kitchen, using your ingredients and materials.

You'll leave class with a pan of gorgeous sweet treats and the knowledge and confidence to make macarons anytime.

Plus, you'll become part of The Good Food Project's Community of like-minded Macaron lovers, where you'll find new ideas and baking inspiration, cool baking skills and techniques, and unlimited free access to our troubleshooting help center, Kitchen Hours.

This week's flavor is Cinnamon Roll!

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

The Good Food Project's Project Bake is designed to make baking fun and accessible for everyone. Everybody should know how to cook and bake things they enjoy eating and the more things you can cook, the better.

When you come to our classes, come with an open mind. You’ll try some new things, have a fantastic experience and leave feeling like you have gained the knowledge and confidence that will make your next culinary creation extraordinary.

People tell me that the best takeaways from the classes are not the big lessons, they are the tips and ideas that will make your life easier and improve on what you are already doing. Things like the feel of well-kneaded bread, how to substitute ingredients, and knowing what to do when things go sideways.

Join me for a class. We’ll cook up some great flavors and taste some awesome things together, plus I'd love to talk food with you! Hope to see you soon!
