Come learn to make tamales - delicious masa filled treasures. Just in time for the holidays, we’ll make, fill, wrap, eat and take home four favorites - pork, chicken, cheese & green chile, and sweet dessert tamales. You'll learn how to cook the fillings, prep the masa and husks; form, fill and wrap the tamales and make red and green chile sauce to enjoy with them.
You'll leave with tamales, two kinds of chile, recipes and a renewed appreciation for this traditional South-of-the-border holiday specialty!

Everything needed for class will be provided.
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable, so if you are unable to attend, please feel free to pass your ticket to a tamale lover of your choice.
The Good Food Project's Project Bake is designed to make baking fun and accessible for everyone. Everybody should know how to cook and bake things they enjoy eating and the more things you can cook, the better.
