Want to take your holiday baking game to a new level and dazzle your family and guests? Join me for a hands-on lesson in holiday bread baking – Thanksgiving edition.
Thanksgiving is a time that individual breads like popovers, biscuits, gourgeres, and rolls really shine, and turning out the best it easier than you think. At this pre-holiday class, you’ll learn to mix, form, season, and bake the tastiest individual breads to enjoy all day long on Thanksgiving (or anytime, really).
You’ll leave with a box of delicious snackable bready treats, recipes, tips, hints, and the knowledge and confidence to make the best Thanksgiving breads ever.
All ages welcome
Everything you need to make awesome breads will be provided.
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable so if you are unable to attend, please pass them to a bread lover of your choice.
The Good Food Project's Project Bake is designed to make baking fun and accessible for everyone. Everybody should know how to cook and bake things they enjoy eating and the more things you can cook, the better.
When you come to our classes, come with an open mind. You’ll try some new things, have a fantastic experience and leave feeling like you have gained the knowledge and confidence that will make your next culinary creation extraordinary.
People tell me that the best takeaways from the classes are not the big lessons, they are the tips and ideas that will make your life easier and improve on what you are already doing. Things like the feel of well-kneaded bread, how to substitute ingredients, and knowing what to do when things go sideways.
Join me for a class. We’ll cook up some great flavors and taste some awesome things together, plus I'd love to talk food with you! Hope to see you soon!
