Got an aspiring baker in the house? One who loves cupcakes, cookies, and muffins? This hands-on 12 class baking series will teach your tween or teen the ins and outs of baking, with delicious lessons in both sweet and savory goodies. Drop-in for a class or two, or go all in and join us for all 12-weeks.
Interested in attending the entire series? Feel free to reach out and we can assist with booking the series at a discounted rate. Reach out using the "Message Host" button below.
We will focus on a different lesson each week, along with basic baking skills: kitchen safety, knife skills, how to read a recipe, and how to measure ingredients, plus tips and hints that can be applied to any recipe - how to separate an egg, how to whip cream, checking for doneness, piping skills and more.
Your baking loving teen will learn how to bake successfully and safely, all while turning out terrifically delicious treats every week. Ages 9-18 are welcome.

The Good Food Project's Project Bake is designed to make baking fun and accessible for everyone. Everybody should know how to cook and bake things they enjoy eating and the more things you can cook, the better.
When you come to our classes, come with an open mind. You’ll try some new things, have a fantastic experience and leave feeling like you have gained the knowledge and confidence that will make your next culinary creation extraordinary.
People tell me that the best takeaways from the classes are not the big lessons, they are the tips and ideas that will make your life easier and improve on what you are already doing. Things like the feel of well-kneaded bread, how to substitute ingredients, and knowing what to do when things go sideways.
Join me for a class. We’ll cook up some great flavors and taste some awesome things together, plus I'd love to talk food with you! Hope to see you soon!
