This class will focus on the options to increase personal awareness and safety in the most stressful and even deadly situations through “The ABC’s of Self-Defense” ~ a 2.5 hour lecture with demonstrations and Q & A . Through careful explanation and example Grandmaster Degerberg will share his unique and extensive knowledge of self-protection. The streets of Chicago will be safer for you and others and appear even more beautiful after you experience this exceptional opportunity to understand from a true master about the finer points of street smarts and survival.
Mr.Degerberg will gladly welcome questions from the beginner to the advanced. Please arrive 20 minutes early to meet and greet your esteemed instructor and fellow classmates
