Know how to repair your home with John!

This class is designed for homeowners, renters, investors, or anyone who has real estate and wants to know what to do in case of a water line break, gas leak, sewer malfunction, or electrical issue. John Clute has over fifty years in the building business and has carried a Class B license in the City of Denver for over forty years. As a former home building instructor at the Red Rocks Campus, John recognizes the importance of owners understanding their property in order to avoid homeowner scams and to be able to speak with a contractor using proper terminology which puts you on more equal footing. In addition to problem solving John will also give tips on trouble shooting to prevent future problems. This will be a brief class presentation followed by questions and answers.
