All Mixed Up (Mixology 101)
TOP RATED
34 Have Dabbled
Food & Drink
You've sourced a great old-school bar cart. You've purchased a first-rate set of tumblers, stirrers, muddling sticks and shakers. And most importantly ... you've rehearsed your lines: "Ladiesssss. A drink?" and "Shaken, not stirred."
You're on your way to being the most loved home bartender on the block. But you've still got a few questions about, well, what liquors exactly you should keep in stock. And how to put them together in classic or interesting ways. Your reputation is important to us, dear Dabbler, so we're stepping in to help.
All Mixed Up kills two birds with one bar: Firstly, showing you how to build the foundation for a fool-proof home bar (including the top 10 essential items every bartender should keep on hand) and, secondly, showing you how to work with those items to make an impressive spread of cocktails. Through instruction (Sorry Students will NOT be making their own drinks) you'll learn which products to buy premium, and which you can save on, how to store and present each ingredient and tips and tricks for getting the most bang for your buck.
Sampling of four of the cocktails will be provided, so students can see just how easy it is to create quality drinks once you've established a solid base.
We're not asking for much after you're finished learning from this class, except maybe for an invite to your next party!
All ages welcome

We had a very small group and so lots of interaction with the teacher and the bartender. It was a fantastic time.
