Ahh, the martini.

A drink so iconic and classic it's been a staple of sophisticated socialites for decades.

This Dabble class is an ode to everyone's favorite stiff drink, and we'll be learning - through demonstration - the basics of a number of these drinks: be they classic, dirty, or with a twist. Students will sip as they get a lesson on the history of and proper techniques for making this classic cocktail.

We'll settle the shaken vs. stirred debate and answer any and all questions! Oh, and did we mention that the bartenders at Fion were voted the number 2 Martini makers in the city by the Huffington Post?
