There are some things in life you just need expert opinion on. When you're feeling ill, you consult a doctor. When your car needs tuning, you consider a mechanic. And when you want to impress at your next dinner party with a killer wine selection... you, uh, err. You take this class!

Join Dabble and Eat Drink Educate for a fun class that breaks down the education barrier standing between you and the world of wine. While tasting generous samples from their new wine list, we'll break down the flavor profiles of each of the four featured wines, and teach you a thing or two about what you should be looking for in a quality glass of vino. Students can expect to walk away with a clearer understanding of:
-how wines are made
-the differences between old school and new school production
-smells and taste tests of different types of wine and
-which wines work for you, and which don't.

Instructor Dennis Mclennand is happy to answer questions-- so bring yours (and some of ours, would ya?)-- and get ready for a grape time.
