Event Overview

When it comes to summer cocktails, you have two choices. You can run to the store for a pre-packaged mix, or you can take the freshest local ingredients and, with a little know-how, squeeze and muddle your way to DIY refreshing summer cocktails.

Both take relatively the same amount of time and effort to put together, but the difference is pronounced: One leaves you with artificial sugar, sub-par taste and inflated prices ... and the other ... is refreshing, light and crisp.

Come to this Eugenie Terrace event to learn how to make tasty summer cocktails from fresh organic ingredients, no mixes allowed. Trust us - these drinks are way tastier and healthier than the alternatives!

Great class learned to make a few new drinks, learned a bit of history behind each drink and history of liquor in general.
