Cook to delight your tastebuds and keep yourself healthy


In this class, you will learn how to make three recipes that are packed with vitamins:


Green Mung Bean Soup: Packed with potassium, magnesium, fiber and vitamin B6, this soup will do you a lot of good!
Aloo Gobi: Cauliflower and potato dish sautéed in Indian spices. Cauliflower is rich in vitamin C, K and B6, and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties
Vegan Mango Pudding: Loaded with vitamin C, A, and B6, mango is an antioxidant, an immune system booster, and promotes heart and eye health


All the recipes are vegan and gluten-free but are also favorites of non-vegans; they are prepared with the healthiest ingredients available, no GMOs, no MSG, and no artificial flavors. No prior knowledge of Indian cooking is needed.


The class includes an instructions handout and tastings of the recipes. Come ready to ask any questions about Indian and healthy cooking. Chef Kirti of Arya Bhavan has been doing it for 40 years and knows it all!
