The holidays are coming up fast. Are you ready?! Since we love to entertain, come join us in the kitchen as we help make {holiday} entertaining easy. Whether you are the host/hostess or a guest, we'll prepare a delicious spread of festive appetizer wreaths and martini cocktails to wash them down with. This is a hands-on culinary class where you will learn, prepare, and of course, eat the themed party menu we prepared.
The holidays are a great time to get together with friends and even attend potlucks. By taking this class, you’ll have some great menu ideas either to prepare for guests at your own gathering or bring to a party and share. To pair with our appetizer menu, we'll shake things up with a martini bar to bring some holiday cheer.

Joelen Tan is a Chicago area private caterer and former restaurant chef behind the 'What's Cookin, Chicago?' website. Joelen has been recognized in both local and national media and has worked with celebrity chefs including Rick Bayless, Spike Mendelsohn, and Marcela Valladolid. Since 2007, she has been teaching culinary classes, hosting culinary events in Chicagoland and does recipe development work with major food brands including Sara Lee, Pepperidge Farms, Campbell's, Kraft, Frito Lay and Starbucks to name a few.
