Spring is officially here and we're celebrating with a tea party! We're making profiteroles from scratch and filling them with all sorts of delicious fillings and enjoying them with an assortment of teas. In this special class, not only will you learn and make profiteroles, we'll also get a tea primer at a local tea shop, Looseleaf Lounge.
We will go into detail about the special dough used to make profiteroles and spend the afternoon filling them with both sweet and savory fillings. This is a hands-on culinary class where you everyone will learn, make, and of course, eat these delicious and delicate bites we prepare. To enjoy with our profiteroles, we'll have a wonderful assortment of hot and iced teas that you can drink and learn more about.
This class is geared to those who want to learn more about making fancy profiteroles and also learn about teas and tisanes. By taking this class, you’ll have some tasty recipes to make and eat, learn more about teas and perhaps be inspired to have a springtime tea party for you and friends!
