Food & Drink
Your favorite Ramen shops know how to make the best and freshest ramen. Now it's your chance to learn how from scratch, in this hands-on ramen-making experience. The class will begin watching Chef Joe demonstrate how to make ramen dough. You will then make your dough, roll it, form your dough into ramen, and then boil it. Finally, add some delicious sauce and eat it with your classmates. If you wish to bring wine to enjoy with your ramen dish, we recommend a Pinot Gris, Vouvray
Pinot Gris, Vouvray as great pairing choices. Join this class as a group or sign up individually to meet others who share a passion for cooking.
