Event Overview

It's like a lollipop on a stick but with a healthy treat inside. Learn how to make candied and caramel apples from scratch during this hands-on cooking and crafting experience preparing, dipping and decorating. This class covers recipes, ingredients, proper cleaning process, and how to ensure full coverage of the apples. Everything is provided for class making the dipping sauces, along with all the frills to create some yummy looking apples. Candy That Apple and take your delicious creations home. Kids are welcome.

This experience has a minimum of 4 students required to go forward. You'll be notified if it is below minimum 7 days in advance. If the minimum is not met 24 hours before the event, you’ll have the option to pay the difference for a private event amount, transfer to another date or Dabble experience, or receive a refund.

Custom Cancellation Policy

Ticket sales are final 7 days from the event. Non-refundable, Non-transferable (e.g. no-shows, sickness, tardiness (30 mins), weather, or death). However, if you cannot use your ticket it may be gifted or sold.

A Graduate from Kendall College in Chicago, a former wine shoppe, restaurant, and food truck owner; he brings his culinary talents to each class, dishing up eclectic and inventive marvels to pass the time. Chef Joe fills every class with his ongoing chatter, storytelling, and laughter. His friendly and outgoing personality welcomes each Student when they walk in the door.

Tommy is a Graduate and Instructor from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, he brings his artistry to every class. Design, inspiration, and attention to detail are all things that describe Tommy. When it comes to any art form - making candles, arranging flowers, designing or gardening, you'll find a warm smile and share a calming environment with Tommy.
