What is "Boozed Butters" It's the combination of roasted nuts processed and liquor such as Perhaps Peanut-Port Butter, Walnut-Bourbon Butter, Pecan-Moscatell Butter, Hazelnut-Champagne Butter or Cashew-Sauvignon Butter

In this class, Chef Joe will assist in a hands-on peanut butter-making class teaching you exactly how to create a delicious liquor infused "boozed" butter. Discuss the differences between all types of butters and nuts such as walnut, tahini, sunflower seed, and coconut. You will be jarring your finished product to take home.

Great things come in small packages. mL (milliliter) is an intimate venue located at 1519 W Balmoral Ave. Chicago, IL 60649 (between Ashland & Clark). It’s a one-room teaching space to learn all types of crafts and a kitchen for cooking classes.
