Does Pop love a good stiff drink? We like him already. Heads up to all of the sons and daughters, Father's Day is approaching…soon! This year it falls on Sunday, June 19th, and it’s time to make those brunch reservations!

It’s no secret that the best gift dad can ask for is quality time with their child, which is why we love the idea of a brunch date!

Make a day of it by taking him out on the town post-brunch. Enjoy a sunny day and shop the boutiques in a hot new neighborhood. Either way, Fathers' Day is a popular brunch holiday, so we suggest making your reservations sooner rather than later.

In this class, we will break off into groups and make a dish that we will all enjoy together.

In this class we will make:

A Bourbon Cocktail
Eggs Benedict with pulled pork
Homemade Biscuits with Honey Butter
A Special Cocktail for Dad.
Let's make dessert!
And...Another cocktail for the road.

Not a fan of Alcohol? We'll have alternatives for you to enjoy.

Joseph is a lover of all things wine, cooking, and learning. He started his career as a backup singer & Dancer for Cyndi Lauper.

A Chef and Graduate of Kendall College in Chicago, a pioneer food truck owner, and a lover of dogs, he brings his culinary talents to each class, dishing up eclectic and inventive marvels to pass the time.

Each class with Joe flies by filled with his ongoing chatter, storytelling, and laughter. His friendly and sociable personality welcomes each student when they walk in the door.

Tommy is a Graduate and Instructor from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, he brings his artistry to every class. Design, inspiration, and attention to detail are all things that describe Tommy. When it comes to any art form - making candles, arranging flowers, designing or gardening, you'll find a warm smile and share a calming environment with Tommy.
