Event Overview

Don’t be intimidated by the royal moniker. Princess Mary Plaid is a fun and even relaxing knitting pattern that begins as simple strips and is transformed into an extravagant plaid fabric utilizing a weaving technique during finishing. This is a beginning/intermediate level course, so if you can cast on, bind off and knit, you are all set. You can turn your Princess plaid into a cowl or scarf or even a chic table runner. We are using a vintage pattern from the Minerva Yarn company that dates to the 1940s. Join us for this fun, free workshop. Materials list will be sent with registration confirmation. To register for this class, go to www.denverlibrary.org/communityevents or call 720-865-1205.
