Screenprinting On Canvas: Make Your Own Wall Art
TOP RATED
Arts & DIY
Screenprinting has a graphic aesthetic all its own that cannot be replicated with any digital printing service. Leave Kinko’s behind and create your own unique handmade ready-to-hang artwork featuring a favorite photograph, a line drawing, or any high-contrast image. This all-afternoon workshop allows students the time they need to perfect their own design in class, as well as learn the process of exposing a screen, mixing inks, and printing. Durable unbleached canvas is provided, as well as tips and tricks particular to printing on this heavier fabric. After printing, students will choose to wrap the print around stretcher bars or add grommets to complete their artwork.
Students are asked to bring a one-color 10” x 10” 300 dpi digital image. Please call us if you have any questions on the best way to prepare your design.
All ages welcome

I enjoyed class. The pace was comfortable, instructions clear, and loved the end product! There was a good mix of learning and getting to do our own thing.
