Another great class at Whole Foods! This was a perfect mix of learning some kitchen skills (different cutting techniques for strange produce) and creating tasty dishes to enjoy during the class (we got to take home our leftovers too!). Really attentive and helpful instructor; she made sure we knew how to handle the large knife and was always walking around and available for questions and feedback.
