Learn easy tips on how to sauté, steam, blanch, poach, braise, roast, bake and boil. All skills welcomed. Come hungry because you will be eating your creations throughout the class.

Very informative and helpful even for seasoned home cooks; I still learned some new techniques and skills. I also love that the focus was on health conscious cooking. All the food was delicious! Can't wait to take another class here!
