Another great Basic Skills class at Whole Foods! The class covered a corn, tomato and basil risotto, veggie burgers, potato and broccoli mash, strawberry quinoa salad, roasted veggies, cilantro rice, and smoothies. Of course I a walked away with some great tips and all the recipes which I will definitely be attempting to repeat at home. Highly recommend this class and all the Basic Skills classes.

I love the teacher! Since I'm health-conscious when it comes to food, it's great to meet someone who is of the same perspective when it comes to cooking. Very informative class, however, I wish it was less focused on carbs/starch and more hands on. Out of 5 dishes we made, 2 were rice and 1 made from black beans... Also, I wish we had the chance to make everything the teacher showed. The best part about these classes is that they're hands-on, so I wish the lecturers kept us making stuff rather than watching them do it.
