The acclaimed International Chefs Forum, Identità Golose, returns to Eataly Chicago for its eighth U.S. edition this fall. In this unique pasta-focused master class, you will enjoy two pasta dishes created by Italian chef Luciano Monosilio of Pipero in Roma and American chef Sarah Grueneberg of Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio in Chicago, Illinois. As they work their magic, you will enjoy each dish — prepared and plated before your eyes! — served with complementary wine pairings.
Every year, Identità Golose brings together some of the most notable chefs and most celebrated culinary personalities for a three-day celebration. Four engaging master classes will invite a handful of epicureans to experience the work of these all-star chefs firsthand, and to be exposed to the latest techniques and trends that define today’s culinary world.
