Event Overview

Anyone can animate!

Really. Anyone. Even you.

This workshop will focus on simple techniques for bringing your ideas and observations to life with hand drawn animation.

Ami Plasse will teach you how to make simple, but impactful animations using our Gonzo Viz process and materials that you have lying around the house!

What you will need:

• paper (preferably Letter size)


• something to draw with (preferably indelible)


• 
  Stop Motion Studio installed on your phone (it is a free app available for iOS or Android, the $5 paid version has some expanded functionality).

Nice to haves: 

• some opaque tape (masking, artist, painters)


• a small cardboard box (approximately 12x12x16" is optimal)


• a box cutter or utility knife

If you don't have any of these things at home, don't worry we'll get you all the supplies before class!!
