Event Overview

Nothing's better than a handmade gift, and in this two-hour workshop, you'll create the best present: a sweet food bowl for your fur baby! Following along with Tina from Brave Ceramics, we'll use the slab technique to build bowls from scratch. Then, add texture and stamps to truly make your bowl a one-of-a-kind. And bonus: create a matching charm that can be added to your pet's collar or which you can keep for yourself! 

At the end of class, you'll have a one-on-one glaze consultation with Tina to choose your glaze color. Class work is then dried, fired twice in an off-site kiln, and professionally glazed, and will be ready for pick up at CRAFT within 4 weeks from your class date. (Sorry, pottery just has a lot of steps!)

In this workshop, you will
- work with wet clay to create your bowl
- learn the slab technique and how to join clay pieces
- play with texture on clay
- create a quarter size charm
- learn in an intimate class with one-on-one instruction as needed.
