Event Overview

Whether you’re brand new to aromatherapy, or experienced and wanting to go deeper, this is a great place to begin!

Asmita, chief formulator at glowboldly, will explore the history of the therapeutic role of aromatics and the influence of smell on our health, mood, and emotions.

This workshop also covers extraction methods of essential oils -- so you understand where these oils come from and how we get them -- and the safety precautions you need to follow when using them. Finally, you will use your supplies and Asmita's recipes to make your own blend.

All supplies will be delivered to you.

Supplies included:
- Diluted essential oils like Petitgrain Bigarade, Holy Basil, Amyris, and 3 more.
- One empty roll-on bottle for your blend (can be reused with remaining oils)
- Pipettes
- Funnel
- Label for your bottle

There will be oils left at the end of the workshop for you to continue making your own blends!
