In the Kitchen with Chicago Market: Canning 101

Join us for this demo class, and let Master Canner Liat Shanan settle your fear of canning once and for all. We’ll go over safe canning guidelines, canning terms, and equipment, and recommondations on how to store your canned goods. Liat will demonstrate the entire process of the boiling water bath method and pressure canning method, and leave you feeling confident to try it at home!
