Join us for a demonstration on how to plant fall garlic! We’ll discuss how to prevent frost heaving, nutrient and drainage requirements, the biology of growing great garlic, and choosing the best garlic variety for your recipe. Attendees will each take away a bulb of organic garlic to plant in their own garden to harvest next spring. Class fee includes 1 bulb of hardneck or softneck seed garlic from local farm, Willow Garlic Growers.
