Food & Drink
During “lean times” when Elizabeth was transitioning jobs, she fell back on the basic cooking fundamentals to stretch her food dollars.
She quickly learned that she could have people over and feed them a nice meal for cheaper than paying for a sitter and meal out. Entertaining on a budget is easy once you have a little know-how.
This class will be a hands-on cooking class preparing an entire meal, teaching you a lot of techniques you can use in your kitchen to prepare great food, and entertain your friends and family - without breaking the bank. Informational handouts with recipes and money saving tips will also be given to each student.
MENU:
Homemade blue cheese cracker with fig jam
Pork Cutlet with Roasted vegetables and lentil rice
Chocolate bread pudding with Kahlua whipped cream
This class is BYOB.
