Event Overview

Extend the growing season! A local gardening expert from Gateway Greening will discuss the proper usage of cold frames and successful tips to continue growing your garden throughout the year. After the talk, Perennial staff will lead the class step-by-step through the process of building a cold frame from salvaged wood. Participants will learn basic hand tool knowledge while building their own simple cold frame from reclaimed materials to take home to their gardens.
