Event Overview
Turn fabric remnants into a thrifty clutch! The class will cover the basics of using the sewing machine to create a rectangular zipper clutch. You’ll learn the ins-and-outs of the sewing machine, including how to add a zipper. This pouch makes a great handmade gift or a simple pouch for toiletries. Plus, you’ll be able to apply the same techniques covered in class to future clutches, purses and pillow cases!

All materials and tools provided, and bonus tips for practicing re-use and and budget-friendly upcycling. Instructor was incredibly upbeat, encouraging and supportive for any needs or concerns that arose; worked to ensure a positive experience for all students.
