Zero Waste Home | Kitchen

You don’t need to go out and buy new products to reduce waste at home — you make them yourself from reclaimed materials! There are so many ways to help keep common disposables out of your kitchen. In this workshop, we’ll go over best practices to reduce the amount of trash coming in and out of your cabinets, counters, and fridge. Then, we’ll make a few items that you can put to use right away. Replace paper napkins with handmade cloth napkins, trade in plastic wrap for cloth beeswax wraps, and skip the plastic produce bags at the store with new fabric ones. You’ll have time to craft all three of these in the informative and fun workshop!
