Learn to transform a sweater back into its most basic part, yarn! So many good sweaters made from wonderful fibers are piled up and unused because they have gone out of style. Plus, harvesting yarn from old clothing is eco-friendly and economical. This class will introduce skills in identifying different fiber types and seam construction to successfully deconstruct a sweater. Participants will take home enough yarn to make a new sweater! This class accommodates a wide variety of skill levels. Perfect for new knitter/crocheters or those with more experience.
