Transformation paper scraps into beautiful sheets of hand-pulled paper! This workshop covers the basic techniques of hand papermaking, including pulp preparation, sheet formation and how to create your own mold. This session will consist of practical demonstrations, group participation, individual practice opportunity and one-on-one coaching to develop the necessary skills. Papermaking is open to all levels and no experience is required. By the end of this workshop you will leave with a sampling of handmade sheets and many ideas to start your own unique works.
NOTE: Papermaking is a wet process. Closed toed shoes that can get wet are required. Wear something comfortable and an outfit to get messy in.
